Saint John Releases Cody Porter
The Saint John Sea Dogs have announced that they have released goaltender Cody Porter. Porter signed with the team at the end of training camp out of the Western Hockey League.
In two games for Saint John this season, he had a record of one win and one loss in two games and picked up a shutout. With the release of Porter, this opens up a 20-year-old roster spot for the Sea Dogs. Alex D’Orio and Mathew Williams will be the goaltenders for Saint John going forward.
