Drakkar acquire Bradley Lalonde from Tigres

The Baie-Comeau Drakkar announced on Saturday that they made a trade with the Victoriaville Tigres to acquire defenceman Bradley Lalonde. In return, Baie-Comeau sends a third round draft pick in the 2020 QMJHL Entry Draft.

Lalonde spent the last two seasons playing in Victoriaville. Last year, the 20-year old defender skated in 49 games, where he scored 11 goals and added 20 assists for 31 total points. He also picked up 20 penalty minutes and ended the season with a -14 differential.

With the addition of Lalonde, the Drakkar now has four overage players heading into training camp, the others being goaltender Antoine Samuel, practically guaranteed a spot on the roster, as well as forward Simon Chevrier and defenseman Mikaël Sabourin. Baie-Comeau begins training Monday, August 21, 2017.
