Coxhead, Boutilier wins silver medal with Team Canada Black

A Quebec Major Junior Hockey League player and assistant coach have taken home silver from the World Under-17 Hockey Challenge.

Andrew Coxhead of the Quebec Remparts and Paul Boutilier, assistant coach with the Saint John Sea Dogs, were part of Team Canada Black that captured the silver medal on Saturday in Sault Ste. Marie, Ont.

Team Canada Black was defeated 2-1 by Team Sweden in the gold medal game.

Among the Canadian club, 20 of the players were from the Canadian Hockey League, along with two coaches from the CHL.

The win for Sweden was the countries second gold medal at the World Under-17 Hockey Challenge.
