Huskies defenceman Lauzon added to Team Canada WJC Selection Camp
Rouyn-Noranda Huskies defenceman Jeremy Lauzon was added to Canada’s National Junior Team Selection Camp roster, Hockey Canada announced on Tuesday.
Lauzon, 18, is second in scoring amongst QMJHL defencemen with five goals and 34 points in 26 games so far this season with the Huskies. The native of Val-d’Or, Que., was a second round pick of the Boston Bruins in 2015.
With Lauzon, and Blainville-Boisbriand Armada goalie Samuel Montembeault also being added to the roster today, the QMJHL now has seven players at the camp.
