Fans react to Conor Garland not going to U.S.A. World Junior Camp
It was announced on Sunday evening that Conor Garland of the Moncton Wildcats would not be attending the United States’ evaluation camp for the upcoming World Junior Hockey Championships.
Despite leading the Canadian Hockey League in points and being on pace for a 160-plus point season, the U.S. brass decided not to invite the Boston native.
We won’t be getting into the reasons behind Garland being left off the camp roster, but the fans sure let their displeasure be known on Twitter. Some comments were expletive laden and could not be featured, but here are some of the more civil ones.

The US not inviting Conor Garland to their WJC camp is to the benefit of everyone else. Politics are hurting the team and the player here
