Sea Dogs forward earns invite to Anaheim Ducks main camp
Saint John Sea Dogs forward Nathan Noel has been invited Anaheim Ducks’ main training camp in September, according to several reports.

The 18-year-old, St. John’s, N.L., native went undrafted at the 2015 NHL Entry Draft, despite being ranked 54th overall among North American skaters in the Central Scouting final ranking. However, he was invited to attend Anaheim’s development camp which ended on Monday.
Noel scored 24 goals and 62 points in 66 games with the Sea Dogs this past season. The six-foot, 168-pound centreman was selected third overall by the Sea Dogs in 2013. In 129 QMJHL regular season games, Noel has amassed 40 goals and 101 points.
