Former Moosehead signs with St. Louis Blues
The St. Louis Blues have agreed to terms with former Halifax Moosehead defenceman Konrad Abeltshauser on Wednesday.

Abeltshauser, 22, played three seasons in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League with the Mooseheads, recording 28 goals and 122 assists along with posting a minus-10 rating and 127 penalty minutes.
Last season, the native of Germany appeared in 50 games with the Worcester Sharks of the American Hockey League, posting three goals and 16 assists.
Abeltshauser was drafted by Halifax at the 2009 Canadian Hockey League Import Draft in round one, 28th overall.
