Draft eligible defenceman Jakub Zboril opened the scoring at 2:01 when his point shot beat Reilly Pickard. The powerplay goal was assisted by Spencer Smallman and Luke Green.

Midway through the frame, Mathieu Joseph gave the home side a 2-0 advantage with his 16th of the year. Samuel Dove-McFalls had the lone helper.

Fast forward to 14:22 of the second period, with the Saint John Sea Dogs on the man advantage, Smallman walked in and roofed his 21st goal of the season as the Sea Dogs were in front 3-0. Thomas Chabot and Nathan Noel assisted on the powerplay marker.

Not long after that, Egor Popov answered for the Titan. The goal, assisted by Andrew Ryan and Jordan Maher, cut the deficit to two-goals.

That was as close as the Acadie-Bathurst Titan came though as Samuel Dove-McFalls scored in the third period to seal a 4-1 win and snap the Sea Dogs four-game losing skid. Chabot and Daniel Del Paggio each added helpers on the goal.

Sebastien Auger was rarely tested as he only faced 15 shots, turning aside 14 of them. At the other end, Reilly Pickard was peppered with 44 shots and made 40 saves in the loss.
