Sea Dogs’ Dundas suspended one game

Saint John Sea Dogs forward Justice Dundas was handed a one-game suspension by the QMJHL today.

Dundas, 20, receives his suspension for code 4.22 in the league’s rulebook which is addition of game misconducts and match penalties. The incident occurred last night in Shawinigan.

The Markham, Ont., native has scored 18 goals and 30 points in 42 games with the Sea Dogs this season.

Dundas joined the Sea Dogs on Sept. 23, 2014 after playing in the Ontario Hockey League with the Oshawa Generals and Sarnia Sting.

Dundas is eligible to return to Saint John’s lineup on Jan. 31 in Blainville-Boisbriand.
