Day four of the 2014 World Under-17 Hockey Challenge saw Team Atlantic, West, Russia and Pacific pick up victories in their respective games.

Game 13: Team Atlantic Vs. Team Germany:

SYDNEY, N.S. – Kyle Ward scored the game winner at 16:39 of the third period as Team Atlantic edged Team Germany 4-3 at the World Under-17 Hockey Challenge at Centre 200.

Alexandre Jacob, Nathan Noel and Lane Cormier also added goals for Team Atlantic.

Jakob Mayenschein scored twice, while Lois Spitzner scored a single marker for Team Germany.

Blade Mann-Dixon made 29 saves in the win for Team Atlantic, while Michael Boehm turned aside 22 of 26 shots in the loss for Team Germany.

Game 14: Team Sweden Vs. Team West:

NORTH SYDNEY, N.S. – Team West picked up their first win at the 2014 World Under-17 Hockey Challenge as they defeated Team Sweden 3-2 in a shootout at the Emera Centre.

Keegan Kolesar and Connor Hobbs had goals for Team West in regulation time.

John Dahlström and Filip Ahl replied with goals for Team Sweden.

Logan Flodell made 38 saves in the win for Team West, while Rasmus Hedström turned aside 25 of 27 shots in the loss for Team Sweden.

Game 15: Team Russia Vs. Team Ontario:

SYDNEY, N.S. – Team Russia picked up a huge 6-5 shootout win over Team Ontario at the 2014 World Under-17 Hockey Challenge at Centre 200.

Denis Gurianov, Ivan Emets, Ivan Kashtanov, Artur Tyanulin and Danila Kvartalnov fired home goals for Team Russia.

Mitchell Marner had a hat trick, while Kyle Capobianco and Dylan Strome also notched goals for Team Ontario.

Ilya Samsonov made 31 saves in the win for Team Russia, while Troy Timpano turned aside 18 of 22 shots, before being replaced by Ben Blacker, who stopped 10 of 11 shots in his 25:00 of relief.

Game 16: Team Pacific Vs. Team Czech Republic:

NORTH SYDNEY, N.S. – Tyler Soy had a goal and an assist as Team Pacific beat Team Czech Republic 4-1 at the 2014 World Under-17 Hockey Challenge at the Emera Centre.

Ty Ronning, Glenn Gawdin and Giorgio Estephan also buried goals for Team Pacific.

Simon Stransky had the lone goal for Team Czech Republic.

Zach Sawchenko made 29 saves in the win for Team Pacific, while Daniel Vladar turned aside 31 of 34 shots in the loss for Team Czech Republic.

Action gets back underway at the 2014 World Under-17 Hockey Challenge on Thursday when Team Quebec faces Team West, Team Atlantic plays Team Russia, Team Sweden battles Team Pacific, and Team United States takes on Team Ontario.
