‘Q’ Players’ Fuchs And Herzog Named To Team Switzerland’s Selection Camp Roster

Switzerland’s national junior team selection camp roster was announced on Friday for the upcoming IIHF World Junior Hockey Championship in Malmö, Sweden.

Among the 27-players named to the selection camp were Rouyn-Noranda Huskies forward Jason Fuchs and Quebec Remparts forward Fabrice Herzog. In 29 games with the Huskies, Fuchs has recorded four goals and 18 assists, while Herzog has notched 18 goals and nine assists in 31 games for the Remparts.

The team’s selection camp will take place on Dec. 16, in Lenzerheide Switzerland.

Team Switzerland, who will be in group ‘B’ along with Finland, Norway, Russia and Sweden, will open the 2014 IIHF World Junior Hockey Championship on Dec. 26, against Team Sweden.
